We seek to limit information shared to what is reasonably necessary for the service.
B. Scheduling and Booking Platforms
We may share information with third-party scheduling, appointment-management, customer-relationship, communication, or dispatching platforms used to manage bookings and service requests. Our current booking or scheduling systems may include third-party platforms such as SimplyBook.me or other providers we may use from time to time.
C. Payment and Merchant Processors
We may share information with merchant processors, payment platforms, banks, accounting providers, and financial institutions to process payments, refunds, credits, disputes, fraud checks, and related transactions.
D. Remote Notarization and Document Platforms
For remote online notarization, electronic signing, eClosing, or related services, information may be shared with third-party platforms or providers, including platforms such as Secured Signings, Pactima, BlueNotary, or successor providers we may use.
E. Service Providers

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will provide notices required by applicable law.
